$400 per month (prepaid via PayPal Subscription) includes:

• Approximately 2 hours of remote IT support credited monthly
• Troubleshooting for computers, network, internet, email, and cloud systems
• Best-effort response during business hours
• Ongoing technology consultation and recommendations

Services operate on a floating credit model. Usage beyond prepaid hours is billed at agreed rates.

Initial term: 6 months, then month-to-month.
